Fast Payment

• Ticked Off will now process supplier invoices thew same day they are received when the following conditions are met
  • Supplier accepts request via web platform or app.
  • Supplier SLA is met as per WR priority.
  • Completion photos / supporting documentation provided via WR.
  • Items and / or invoice provided via WR.

Landlord Request

• New request type created: Landlord. Increased ability to report on requests. Simplified request process. Fields to capture cost / time spent. Available on web platform / app.
