This release, a key improvement to process to keep things moving in the Work Request lifecycle. You can now conveniently action "Job Attended" and "Job Complete" from within your Email Notification, without having to go into the platform or app. Plus, opt in yourself, or others, to receive updates on specific jobs without signing up for all notifications.

New Additions ✨
  • Easy way for suppliers to mark a job as attended: Suppliers can now easily mark jobs as Attended directly through notifications. This reduces administrative overhead and improves communication and accurate tracking of job progress.
  • Enable clients to mark a job as complete: Clients can now mark jobs as Complete directly through notifications. This enhancement simplifies the job completion process and ensures accurate tracking of job status.
  • Keep me updated – WR: A new "Keep Me Updated" feature for Work Requests (WR) has been added. Users can opt-in to receive updates only on specific WRs, enhancing visibility and communication.
Improvements 🏗️
  • Department store should be included in the following locations: Updated the system to include department stores in location names. This ensures accurate location-based categorisation and improves request routing.
  • Label Change - Client notes: Updated the label "Client Notes" to "Internal Notes" for improved clarity and user understanding.
  • Filters used now also apply to the "Programmed Requests due this month" list (under calendar): Enhanced the filter functionality so that filters applied by users also affect the "Programmed requests due this month" list, ensuring consistency and improving usability.
Bugs 🐞
  • Public documents aren't accessible via URL: Fixed an accessibility issue where public documents were not accessible via URL. 
  • Unable to edit calendar settings: Fixed an issue where users were unable to edit calendar settings. Users can now fully customise their calendar preferences.
  • Delay in email notification: Addressed a delay in email notifications. Notifications are now sent promptly, improving communication efficiency.
  • Asset code no longer a unique identifier: Resolved an urgent issue where the Asset code was no longer a unique identifier. This fix ensures the reliability and trackability of asset codes.
  • Customer job cost incorrectly flagging as Exceeds Limit: Resolved a bug where customer job costs were incorrectly flagged as exceeding the set limit. This ensures accurate financial tracking and reporting.
Site Performance 🔧
  • Investigation: Integrate a search engine into the work request list to optimise loading speed: Investigated and integrated a search engine into the Work Request list, significantly improving loading speed and and user experience.
  • Improve CSV Export function: Optimised the CSV export function, reducing the time required for exporting data and enhancing performance.
Mobile Framework Upgrade 📱
  • Mobile framework upgrade testing: Initiated testing for the mobile framework upgrade, aiming for a go-live in the next sprint for Android. This upgrade will bring improved performance and new features to the mobile app.
