The Ticked Off Team
Supplier Metrics information is now visible on each Work Request: Keep track of a Suppliers progress throughout the WR process, and easily track the key expectations for each Request. Super Admin and Ticked Off Admin users also have the ability to disable a metric if needed.
Ticked Off can now create a "Notifications Only" user account:
This will allow for the creation of users who can still receive relevant notifications on Work Requests and updates.
New Quotes Process
These improvements will help to ensure seamless access to information and actions available within the Quote Request page, and View Quotes pop up

Users can now “Request Additional Quote” from within the Quote Pop Up

Supplier Admin Users can now “Accept” or “Decline” a Quote Request via the status drop down from the teal action button

Quote pop up window can be minimised to quickly toggle between information in the Quote Request screen and Quote Pop Up
- Lead time for a quoted job to be completed can be set by the Supplier, and will come into effect once the Quote has been Approved.
- Users can now upload a Quote document by dragging and dropping on to the "Add File" button in the Provide a Quote Pop Up
Users can now add a “Label” to Programmed Requests: This ensures that requests generated from a Programmed parent will have a label attached automatically, allowing users to pre-attach labels to jobs for more accurate reporting, with less manual handling.
Updated Supplier Nomination pop-up in Work Requests: The design and content in the Nomination pop up has been updated to include more helpful information when scheduling and selecting the best contractor for a job. Upcoming jobs in your location, dates scheduled in the same shopping centre, Supplier metrics are now visible at this screen.
Locations list formatting in User Profiles has been updated: The Locations list in User settings is now separated by state, and organised alphabetically to improve administrative experience when configuring users.
Supplier Notes field will no longer display on Internal or Landlord Work Requests: This will ensure only relevant information is included on the WR page
- Fixed an issue within the Mobile App where all jobs were being displayed to Supplier Users. This user type will now only see jobs assigned to them, as in the web platform. This ensures an efficient and secure mobile experience.
- Resolved an issue that was preventing documents, such as invoices and reports, being saved to a Work Request during the Supplier Review stage. Documents are now successfully saving as expected.
- Fixed a broken link in "Quote Approved" notifications being sent to Suppliers.
