Improvements 🏗️

QR Sign In:

  • Enter a custom “Approx Time on Site”: Users can now select a “custom” option when asked to enter their expected time on site, in hours and minutes.
  • Extend time on site via push notification: For users signed in via mobile app only. Users now receive a push notification 15 minutes before automatic sign-out, ensuring they can easily extend their time onsite. If users do not respond in time and are signed out, they will then be directed back to the app to complete the sign in process again.

This update ensures users have greater control over their sessions, improving overall usability and efficiency in managing their time onsite.

Dynamic button layout - Mark as attended:

  • The Quick Action buttons in “Mark as Attended” notifications now have dynamic formatting when being viewed on mobile phones, meaning they will stack vertically when viewed on a mobile device. This ensures these notifications are accessible to all users.

Responsible User avatars and contact card:

  • Details for a Responsible User on a Work Request are now listed in the General Details at the top of the page, and will be displayed as an avatar or initial graphic. This graphic is clickable to open the users contact information. This will improve visibility over crucial information and help to highlight where the platform has interactive elements.
  • Labels for Responsible Users have been updated for greater clarity, displaying as "Ticked Off Contact" and "Supplier Contacts"

Bugs 🐞
  • Website being flagged as Dangerous Site by Norton: Resolved an issue where certain pages of the Ticked Off Website were being flagged as a Dangerous Site to Norton users. This has now been rectified and Norton has added Ticked Off to their safe sites list.
