Auto nomination by sub-category (web configuration)
- Create multiple rules to automate supplier nomination, including the ability to exclude locations from rules.
- Apply rules to single Locations / priorities OR group them by state/region.
Supplier coverage (web)
- Easily see all suppliers and the regions they by subcategory
- Includes ability to search / filter
Auto cancel requests (Managed Services only)
- Designed to ensure all requests kept relevant and UpToDate.
- On the 15th of each month, relevant users will receive an auto delete warning notification.
- Notification will list all unapproved requests that were raised in the previous calendar month.
- Users will have until the morning of the 20th when all unactioned requests will be auto cancelled.
CSV updates / edits (Part 1)
- Update existing data via CSV
