What’s New
Shopping Centre Functionality
We are pleased to introduce the new Shopping Centre Functionality, which offers a centralized database encompassing all Shopping Centres across Australia and New Zealand. This database is expertly managed and maintained by Ticked Off and is now accessible to all our Managed and SaaS clients, catering to all user types. When making requests via the web and app, a hyperlink will be available to display essential information such as:
- Centre address / website
- Normal trading hours**
- Induction information and/or centre maps (coming soon)

New Search / Filter Options - App
Our latest update includes enhanced search and filter options within the Ticked Off app, offering improved search and filtering capabilities. These filters encompass various criteria, such as location, priority, subcategory, assignee, and requests created by the user.


QR Sign-in Updates
We are excited to announce that all users can now "Sign In" using the Ticked Off QR codes. This convenient feature allows users to sign in with their device's camera, or directly through the Ticked Off app. Staff Sign Ins are now visible via the On Site tab on the web platform.


Submit a Request via QR
We have added the option to create requests via QR code. This enables visitors without an account, including centre managers, suppliers, and stakeholders, to raise requests for your review and action.




CSV Updates/Edits (Part 2)
Part 2 of our CSV updates includes; updates to the request “list view” export, aligning it with the data displayed, including descriptions and assignees. Additionally, users can update existing data via CSV, covering Suppliers, Users, and Assets.
Improvements
- Added the ability to add checklists via bulk creation (WR & PR).
- Introduced the ability to revert WR from any status (restricted to admin users only).
- WR documents are now accessible via the mobile app.
- SaaS clients can now manage notifications on behalf of users.

- “Request Type” and “Assignee” filters have been changed to multi-select.
- Added a “Supplier” filter, also multi-select.
- Included a "date range" for favorite reports.
- Added filters to the Supplier Coverage pop-up window.
Bug Fixes
- Resolved the issue with Quotes status.
- Fixed the "Show all requests" link via the supplier view screen.
