New Additions ✨

- As a Location Users / Supplier Admin / Supplier User, I want all of my requests to display in the calendar as the default:
- All users will now have all their requests displayed in the calendar by default. This feature aims to improve visibility and management of requests and improves calendar functionality and convenience.
Improvements 🏗️
- iOS: When opening app, requests should automatically be visible.
- On iOS devices, Work Requests will now automatically appear upon opening the app. This will improve the user experience and response time by making requests immediately visible.
- Description issues - Mobile app - a new comment added
- Fixed an issue in the existing UI where the Request Description field was reported as confusing to users, resulting in inability to create requests effectively. This will provide a better experience and improve in-app instructions.

- Work Request Type icons should be clickable to filter WR view.
- Users are now able to filter requests by Type (Merged, Programmed, Internal etc) by simply clicking on corresponding icons within the Work Request list. This feature enhancement aims to improve request management and navigation.

- Ability to select multiple photos from device gallery
- Users are now able to select multiple photos from their device gallery at once, rather than selecting them individually. This enhancement significantly speeds up the process of uploading photos & completing jobs in the system.
Bugs 🐞
- CSV report missing months: April - August
- Fixed an issue where CSV reports were not displaying data for the months between April and August. This ensures that all relevant data is included in client facing reports.

- Site slow / unresponsive
- Investigated and rectified an issue where the site was unresponsive, resulting in a short period of downtime, restoring access to the site for all users and improving performance and load speed.

- Blast Email failed to send
- Investigating an issue where a blast email failed to send. This needs to be resolved to ensure that large-scale email communications are delivered successfully.
- Exclusive supplier rule didn't override category automation rule
- Fixed an issue where a brand-nominated “Exclusive Supplier” rule was failing to override the existing Category auto-nomination rule. This ensures the hierarchy of automation rules behaves as expected.

- Raising WR via asset barcodes
Fixed an issue where work requests (WR) using asset barcodes is experiencing glitches. This will ensure a smooth and reliable request submission process.
- Supplier invoice due date, should not be applied to client invoice (Xero)
- The due date for supplier invoices was displayed on client invoices in Xero. This has been fixed, ensuring clear expectations are set on billing and payment schedules.
- Remove empty space at bottom of calendar view (all users)
- An issue causing empty space at the bottom of the calendar view for all users has been resolved, making the calendar display more compact and user-friendly.

- Google Analytics Installation for Ticked Off: Mobile Production
- Google Analytics has been installed for the Ticked Off mobile production environment. This will enable better tracking and analysis of mobile app usage and performance.

- August - ORCA - AWS IAM Access Key Rotation
- AWS IAM (Identity and Access Management) access keys for ORCA have been rotated as part of the August security update. This is a routine security measure to maintain system integrity.
