This fortnight we're rehauling the Confirm Attendance emails and improving the Quick Action buttons, based on your feedback.

We've also made it easier for you to share selected details of a Work Request outside the platform, and take even more control of the notifications you receive from us.

New Additions ✨
 

Share Work Requests with external Users:

You are now able to share the details of a Work Request with an external user. This will allow you to keep external stakeholders in the loop with work requests, including suppliers, sub contractors, project managers and other non Ticked Off users. See our Knowledge Base article for more details.

 

Define a Supplier User as a Primary Administrative Contact:

Suppliers can now nominate one or more contacts as their Primary Contact for administrative notifications from Ticked Off, including Confirm Attendance emails, scheduled maintenance notifications and Certificate reminders. This will ensure the most relevant information is being sent to the right users and reduces pressure on contractors. Suppliers with a single user will automatically be nominated as the Primary Contact. This can be done via the Supplier Profile Page.


Improvements 🏗️
 

Quick Action Buttons:

  • Mark as Attended reminders are now sent to Suppliers 1 day after ETA has passed, and to Clients 2 days after ETA has passed. This will help to eliminate unnecessary reminders being sent and interrupting Client and Supplier administration processes.

  • Additional answer button added: “Return Visit Required”. This will prompt the Supplier to add a return ETA to the job, or Ticked Off to follow up for Managed jobs.

  • Changes made to jobs, and the user who made them, will be recorded in WR notes.

  • Admin Contact – suppliers can now nominate a primary administrative contact to receive these emails, reducing pressure on contractors.


Notification History:

  • Updates are being made to the pop-up screen to ensure clearer context and records. In this release, a Send Date/Time column has been added to the view screen to assist with clarity on original send time.

Work Requests – Supplier View:

  • Request List View page

    • Suppliers will now see Ticked Off listed in the client column on the Request List for all Managed Requests and any SaaS Requests that have been nominated to Ticked Off.

    • Responsible users for quote requests are now visible on the list view page.

  • Request Details page

    • Suppliers will now see Ticked Off listed in the client column on the Request List for all Managed Requests and any SaaS Requests that have been nominated to Ticked Off.

    • Moved shopping centre field to the right of the location field.

    • Added a new field labelled “TOA” to display avatar of the Ticked Off user who manages that client. Clicking the avatar will open their contact information.

 
Bugs 🐞
  • Brand Logos not displaying in parts of the Ticked Off platform: Fixed an issue where Brand logos were not displaying on the Work Request list view.

  • Unable to bulk edit Programmed Requests: Resolved an issue affecting bulk edit functionality via CSV upload. This is now behaving as expected.

  • Work Request description formatting error: An error where the incorrect font colour was displaying in WR descriptions has been fixed. This setting has now been locked.

  • Fast payment metrics failing to recognise Suppliers accepting an approved Quote: Resolved an issue so that this no longer impacts a Suppliers eligibility for Fast Payment
